25 pounds down !!
Okay so it is April 15th which means I have been healthy eating for 2 and a half months !!
I have lost 25 pounds so far :) and the only exercise I have done is 50 crunches a day.
This time I know I am going to reach my goal because giving up is not an option !! Stay strong everyone, it will be so worth it.
